HR Agent
A broad HR assistant covering day-to-day people management.
- Attendance, leave and on-duty requests
- Onboarding, probation and HR letters
- Payroll run status and blockers (approval stays human-confirmed)
It reads across HR, hiring, email and meetings on its own schedule and tells you exactly what needs your decision today.
Accumulate once, refresh on schedule, brief the user, take follow-ups, then act only on a yes. Each run feeds new results back into memory, so the next brief only shows what changed.
When a company turns the Brain on, it reads all existing chats, meetings, emails and HR/ATS records once, and builds a structured memory (database + knowledge graph).
On a configurable schedule, it pulls what’s new from each agent and updates that memory.
It posts a brief grouped into what happened, what needs attention, and suggested actions.
The user replies in plain language (“do 1 and 3”, “tell me more about the demo”) and the Brain answers using the same tools, between scheduled runs.
Anything that creates, changes, sends, or schedules something is shown in full and waits for an explicit yes. Actions run one at a time.
Each real domain is owned by exactly one agent. The Brain never calls backends directly; it asks the owning agent.

Everything you need to know about the BuzyTeam Business Brain.
Stage 1 covers Business Owners, HR Leaders and Team Managers. The individual employee view is a later stage.
Not by default. Every action that creates, changes, sends or schedules something shows the exact details first and waits for your explicit yes. An action can only run automatically after an admin creates an autonomy policy for it, and payroll approval and processing always stays human-confirmed.
Admins choose once a day, twice a day, every 4 hours or hourly, and set when runs start. Fetching data costs the same at any frequency; more runs mean more AI processing and higher token cost.
Owners see the whole company, HR sees all employee HR data and a recruitment summary, and Managers see their own team only. The Brain acts as the logged-in user through the same APIs as the UI, so it can never see or do more than that user could by hand.
The brief stays short. Later runs in the same day show only what changed, so if nothing needs your decision, the Brain tells you that instead of filling the brief with noise.
Briefs and follow-ups are text-based today. You reply in plain language, such as “do 1 and 3”, and the Brain answers in the same thread.
